Taking leave over Christmas? Here's what you need to know.
If you plan on taking long service leave over the Christmas period, please make sure you get your application in to us by Friday 29 November 2024 so we can make your payment to you before Christmas.

A guide to when you can expect payment is outlined below, however if your application is received after 29 November 2024, we can't guarantee you'll receive your payment on these dates.

Applications are submitted online through your Worker Portal. Click here to login to your account and select Claims from the Menu. Step-by-step guides as well as videos on how to login and submit a claim can be found on our website here.
Our office will be closed from 12pm Tuesday 24 December 2024 and will reopen at 8:30am on Monday 6 January 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have service registered with an interstate portable long service leave scheme, please submit your claim earlier than the above dates as some interstate schemes have longer processing times around the busy Christmas period.
